In order to be a right candidate for this senior role you need to have the following skills and experience:

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Strong technical knowledge
• Solid experience of working with concrete structures
• Proven record of successful project delivery while being working for an Australian contractor
• Overall supervision of key stages of the project, ensuring the staff best performance and that the project milestones and clients expectations and met according to budget and deadlines.
• High level of communication skills to manage contractors, subcontractors and build an effective relationships with stakeholders and higher management

Reporting to Construction Manager - Structures you will need to look after 4 bridges and head up this section of the bridgeworks.
