One of the world's leading property group which is also a provider of cutting-edge Project Management solutions to it's clients is currently seeking for a Project Engineer as an addition to it's engineering team.

The suitable candidate for this role will require to have the following:

• Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with 4-5 years of the previous experience in the same role with the local top and mid-tier contracting firms; 
• Strong communication skills - to be able to deal with Project Managers and clients at the planning stage and the team members successfully to reach the desired high results. 
• The ability to prepare and maintain the relevant project documentation including safety, environmental and quality plans, cost estimating to ensure the project are developing in accordance with the organisation standards.  
• The ability to manage on-site construction activities, ensuring accuracy to the project plans
• Proven ability to deliver projects to clients' satisfaction;
